In 2012, he joined FINOR and FIDELIUM FINANCE as a partner.

He is an expert in valuation and due diligence of companies in view of an IPO, responsible for the legal and contractual audit of several investment funds and risk capitalinvestment companies.

He monitors the companies in FIDELIUM FINANCE’s portfolio, particularly with regard to the valuation of investments, and he is responsible for the financial validation of investments and evaluations of acquisitions.
